Sanha machinery tech (ShangHai) Co.,Ltd is professional excavator attachments developer and manufacturer. The company history start from the beginning of 2000S , while the excavators and attachments getting popular in China cause of the big construction period,especially for hydraulic breaker cause of big request on rocks for infrastructure.
We introduced Japan, Korea brand excavator attachments for Chinese users, and got rich exprience on technology, marketing and sales after service. We are proud of our service team who has been collecting tons of exprience and improve our products according to thousands of users’feedbacks and concerns from demanding working site which help us improve and developing new products following the users request and make us popular among users.
After factory settled in 2010,except OEM for some famous excavator brand, we also export our excavator attachments to many countries through high effiency global distribute channel with overseas branchs and distributors.
Growing up together with our global dealers, we insist on the basic business rule“Honest” and adhere to supply user reliable quality excavator attachments.
Our Factory
We setteld the manufacture in Shanghai in 2010, and change the factory location to Jiangsu Province which is about 2 hrs driving away from Shanghia city. The factory mainly produce hydraulic oil cylinder, piston, and iron frame with advanced manufacturing equipment including the high precision CNC,grinding eqipment. The manufacturing ability is around 3000-5000sets kinds of excavator attachments with about 100 skilled worker.
Our Product
We are mainly working on excavator attachments with SWT brand，including excavator mounted hydraulic breaker, hydraulic hammer, quick coupler, hydraulic grapple, hydraulic pulverizer, rotary screening bucket, clamssheel bucket, thumb bucket, ripper bucket..titl bucket.
Product Application
Most of our products are mounted on excavators for kinds of jobs like rock breaking, screening, earthmoving, wood processing. They were widly used on in construction, mining, wood, logisitic areas.
Production Market
In China, we are the mainly OEM supplier for some top and famous brand excavators. On the overseas market, our overyseas branchs and cooperative dealers sales have covered most of countries in Aisa, America, and Europe countries. We are proud that the first dealer who is starting the dealership since 2009 now is still our loyal dealer. And we are always trying to take care our dealers as the business partner for the whole business life.
Our Service
1.Pre-Sales Service
We offer professional online sales reqeust service to customer before you place the order to us, including prodcut details,excavator attachment piping kits installation, Operation issue,Operator training, distributor recruitment and policy......
2.Order Service
After order confirmation, we will keep your order under tracking, including producing status , picture sharing, delivery status, during the shipping, we also help our distributor on sales documents preparing, sales and excavator attachments installation preparing.
3.After-sales Service
(1) Installation tracked. The excavator attachments installation report should be sent back as the warranty starting documents.
(2) Installation Inspection. For some overseas installation, customer can send us the hydraulic breaker working video to our engineer for checking if the excavator attachments is working normally.We will give advice accordingly.
(3) Overseas enginner service.For authorized distributor, we are willing to give overseas sales and service trainning classes on the work site, as well as urgent eneineer service.
(4) Quick parts service.We are always thinking our customer should get our parts easily which is important to a popular brand imagnation.So we set several overseas warehouse for sapre parts stock in some area for quick delivery.
